We’re hiring: Receptionist (m / f)

As part of your occupation you perform the following tasks:

• handling of arrivals and departures / check in and check out
• handling Complaints
• cash management
• receiving individual reservations
• Consideration of the quality preservation and quality improvement
• caring for the guests

You should join us if you meet the following qualifications:
• You are a charming, but also an assertive personality with great attention to detail and love to work independently
• training in upscale hotels
• experience with receptionist responsibilities
• Strong host and service orientation
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, flexibility
• Very good German and English
• professional appearance
• High guest and service orientation
• a positive attitude and enthusiasm
• teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience
• sense of duty
• fundamental computer skills, preferably Fidelio Suite 8 and Windows Office
