Hotel i31 Garden - a green oasis
Hotel i31’s beautifully landscaped, tranquil garden is very popular with our guests and is considered a green oasis in the heart of Berlin. The 700 m² garden is the ideal place to relax or enjoy breakfast. The awning allows you to relax outdoors not only in fine weather.
Soak up the atmosphere of Hotel i31’s splendid sun terrace - which can be covered with a 95 m² extendable awning - and savour our sumptuous breakfast buffet. We are also happy to serve you a specialty coffee, cold drink or delightful cocktail later during the day as you relax on terrace.
The fish pond
The fish pond lies in the centre of the hotel garden. The pond is home to veiltail goldfish, freshwater crayfish and four recently added koi. Bamboo and moss are also growing in the pond. The fish pond can be seen from the rooms adjacent to the hotel garden.
Our green hotel garden also has old trees such as the 10m tall beautiful acacia tree and up to 4 m tall oak trees as well as various Japanese maples and copper beeches.

Guests can soak up the sun by relaxing on our comfortable lounge chairs placed on our beautifully manicured lawn or opt for a spot of shade on the secluded reading bench.
